Three structured
consulting engagements
Each Orbyn service is designed around a specific organisational need, with a defined scope, timeline, and written deliverable. Explore what each engagement involves.
← Back to HomeHow our engagements work
Every Orbyn engagement follows a consistent structure: a diagnostic phase to understand the actual situation, a working phase where findings are developed and tested, and a close phase that produces a written deliverable the client can act on. This structure keeps engagements focused and prevents scope from drifting without agreement.
We document the scope, timeline, and fee in a brief engagement letter before any work begins. Progress is reviewed at defined checkpoints, and any significant changes to direction are discussed and agreed before they affect the engagement. The aim is that there are no surprises — for either party — at any stage of the work.
Diagnose
Listen, ask, and understand the situation before recommending anything
Develop

Deliver
